Please read TAMCO’s Terms and Conditions of Sale and print the Credit Application. Please complete all information requested on the Application and have it signed by an owner or officer of your company. By signing, your company agrees to TAMCO’s terms and conditions of sale, and authorizes TAMCO to check your company’s credit references.
For purchases that are exempt from sales tax, TAMCO will require that a signed Resale Certificate be on file with its Sales Department prior to shipment.
