| Our
Company is dedicated to providing a safe and healthful work environment
for its employees. Safety and accident prevention are to be a direct
responsibility of each manager and of each employee. We believe that all accidents are preventable. It is both a moral obligation and sound business practice to prevent accidents. No base of operation or administration can be of greater importance than the prevention of work-related employee illness or injury. Each manager and supervisor has the responsibility to provide a safe and healthful work environment with proper equipment, to provide a adequate training to ensure that every employee is prepared to work safely, to require compliance with established rules and procedures, and to follow operating practices that result in safe working conditions. Each employee has the responsibility to avoid unsafe acts and conditions, even when working alone. Employees must be aware of job site safety training and communication programs, and take part is such programs. Employees must recognize that the Company programs are in place to protect them. Each manager, supervisor and employee has the responsibility through personal example to create a climate in which everyone shares a concern for their own safety and for the safety of fellow workers.
