TAMCO recruits and hires for the following positions in the Production and Maintenance areas. These positions are represented by the United Steel Workers of America union. The Company operates seven days a week around the clock therefore employees are required to rotate shifts every week. Electrical Technicians - Must be journeyman electrician. Familiarity with variable speed drives and PLC logic, troubleshooting AC/DC circular and high voltage experience a plus. Maintenance Mechanic - Journeyman level maintenance experience required. Must be knowledgeable in hydraulic repair and troubleshooting pneumatic systems, gear boxes and coupling repairs. Welding required. Production Laborers - Heavy industrial experience preferred. One to three years work experience. Work is generally of a heavy nature. High School graduate preferred. Labor positions progress into higher skilled positions based on availability and seniority.
