MEDICAL INSURANCE
TAMCO offers medical plans that allow for a selection from two Health Maintenance Organizations (HMO’s) or a Point of Service (POS) Plan that provide medical coverage for the entire family.

DENTAL COVERAGE
Employees can choose either a traditional “fee for service” dental option or from two pre-paid dental plans using network dentists. These three plans cover a wide geographical area that makes the selection process accommodating to one’s residence.

VISION CARE
TAMCO provides up to $100 yearly reimbursement for eye-exams, or glasses for each family member. The Company also provides up to $100 for the employees’ prescription safety glasses if needed.

LIFE INSURANCE
All TAMCO employees are covered by a basic Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance Program. Dependents are also covered by basic life insurance. Supplemental life insurance is also available for purchase by the employee.

LONG TERM DISABILITY INSURANCE (salaried only)
Provides partial income while totally disabled.

RETIREMENT PLAN
TAMCO offers its employees a retirement plan at no cost to the employee. Eligibility begins on your first day of employment and 100% vesting in a benefit is attained at the completion of five years of service. At the normal retirement date, there are several choices of how the benefit is paid. This is determined by the employee.

401(K) PLAN
All employees are eligible to enroll in a 401(K) savings plan once they have completed a required waiting period. Open enrollments are held quarterly. Contributions made to the plan are pre-tax deferrals. There are a number of investment funds available from which to choose.

VACATIONS
Vacation credit begins with the first day of employment. Length of service determines the amount of vacation that can be earned. Maximum vacation that can be earned is four weeks per year.

HOLIDAYS
The Company celebrates ten (10) holidays during the year. They are New Years Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, day after Thanksgiving, the day before Christmas, Christmas and the day before New Years. Because of production schedules, the hourly work force may be required to work on some of these holidays.

EDUCATIONAL REIMBURSEMENT
TAMCO provides tuition assistance to employees wishing to improve their job skills by taking pre-approved work related courses. A grade of C or better is required for reimbursement, which is at 100%.
